Hence, the minimum target age limit for 'Feelings Chat is considered to be 13 years while age group 16-34 are the target user for the companion app.
Although, all age group are to find the app intuitive but the particular age group (16-34) are envisaged to engage with the app more often. Therefore, the core features of the app are designed to suit the target age group based on their interests.

The conclusive results justify that the selected target age group- 16-34 years, which are the most affected age group with mental health illness and loneliness, will engage more with the mobile App (FeelingsChat) and find the app more intuitive based on the well designed and researched features of the app which they prefer engaging with due to their age which affect their interests.
